Steven is an award-winning producer, director and educator. Starting off in live performance, Steven was a semi-finalist for Yuk Yuk's Next Top Comic and made his early television debut on CBC and the Comedy Network in 1999. As a theatre graduate turned filmmaker from the University of Toronto, Steven won Best First Feature at the U of T Film Festival in 2005, and earned a role as a video editor and educator for the National Hockey League's Hockey Operations department in Toronto in 2006. Steven would soon be promoted to documentary Features Producer and go on to tour the world, telling stories about the league's marquee players including Wayne Gretzky, Connor McDavid, PK Subban, and work with celebrities including Snoop Dogg and Drake. After full-time successful stints at Major League Baseball and The Walt Disney Company, Steven established 383 Pictures, where he directed and produced the Washington DC set feature documentary "The Cannons," which had its World Premiere at the prestigious DOC NYC Film Festival in November 2021.
